FlowOut — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the FlowOut mobile game (package id com.trainflow.puzzle) published by minvalarai-source ("we", "us"). It explains what information the app handles and the choices you have.

Summary

• FlowOut has no account, sign-in, or registration of any kind.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, contacts, photos, files, or precise location.
• Your game progress is stored only on your device.
• The app shows ads via Google AdMob, which processes limited device data as described below.
• The app uses Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) to understand usage and diagnose crashes, using anonymous app-usage and diagnostic data only — never your identity.

Game progress (stored locally)

Level completion, stars, scores, hint counts, daily-streak data, and settings (sound/haptics, ads-removed status) are stored in your device's local app storage. This data never leaves your device, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app or use the in-game "Reset Progress" option.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

FlowOut shows banner ads and optional, user-initiated rewarded ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK may collect and process:

• Device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID)
• Coarse, IP-derived location (country/region level)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and general device information (model, OS version)

This data is processed by Google under its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data in AdMob.

Your choices: In the European Economic Area/UK the app shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are served; you may decline personalised ads. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Purchasing "Remove Ads" (below) removes banner advertising entirely.

Analytics and crash reporting (Google Firebase)

FlowOut uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game is used and to diagnose crashes. These collect and process:

• App interaction data (screens viewed, in-game events such as level completions, hint usage, and ad interactions)
• A device/app-instance identifier (not tied to your name or account — FlowOut has no accounts or sign-in)
• Crash and diagnostic logs (what the app was doing when it crashed)

This data is processed by Google under its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's data processing terms. It is used solely to improve FlowOut and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

In-app purchases

FlowOut offers one optional, one-time purchase ("Remove Ads") processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details; Google handles the transaction under the Google Privacy Policy. The only thing stored on your device is a flag that the purchase is owned, so ads stay removed.

Notifications

With your permission, FlowOut schedules one local daily reminder notification (around 7 pm) about your play streak. This is generated entirely on your device — no push-notification service or server is involved. You can deny or revoke the notification permission at any time in system settings.

Children

FlowOut is a general-audience game intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, and ad content is rated for general audiences with a maximum content rating of "T" (Teen) configured in the ad SDK.

Data sharing & retention

We operate no servers and hold no user data ourselves. The only third parties that process data are Google (AdMob advertising, Play Billing, and Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics), as described above, under their own retention policies. Local game data remains on your device until you delete it.

Security

All network communication performed by the ad and billing SDKs is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy (for example, when real ad units or new features are introduced), the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
